Here's a thread from fb:

hi,we have mm722,but we were told that sensor is waterproof but not water resistant.meaning showers are okay, wet is okay, but for like a whole day..take sensor out..that's what we were told.good luck.

My daughter has the mm522...been using it for 3 years. She swims with the sensor on all the time. Intact, she just came out of the pool after swimming for the past 40 minutes. You can set the sensor so that it will alarm after 40 mind without a signal. She generally swims for a half hour the I have her sit with me for 5 minutes so the signal can re-establish. Once that's done she's off and running...or swimming again if she wants.

We just started the CGM and MM Revel last week and swimming is fine. The only time they recommend you taking it off is if swimming in a lake or ocean. If it falls off it could be lost forever!

I wear my revel sensor in and out of water. I sweat a lot, though, so I put down a piece of Tegaderm over mastisol, insert the sensor through the tegaderm, attach the transmitter and then put a piece of the IV3000 tape over all of that. It helps the sensor stay attached as I sweat. I replace the 3000 tape when it needs it, without removing the transmitter or sensor.

Kate has had great luck swimming with her Mini Link CGM...but misses going in the lake.  Wondering about using Neoprene bottoms or short suit which would keep the device from getting lost...
