I came across an article in the Cooking Light September 2008 issue that offered good

news for those on gluten-free diets.  The Legal Seafood Restaurant chain, Outback

Steakhouse (its top selling chocolate dessert is now gluten-free, yum) and P.F. Chang

China Bistros now offer gluten-free menus.  For a list of restaurants in the United States

and abroad that offer gluten-free menus, visit www.glutenfreeonthego.com.

Thanks!  I'll definitely check out the website you mentioned. My all-time favorite website for gluten-free recipes is www.allrecipes.com, select Healthy Cooking, and then Gluten Free. I love that readers comment and rate the recipes ... a big help when you're new at cooking with all these odd-ball flours!
