A question from a parent:

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with Toe issues with your child of T1? My daughter has been t1 for two years now. She's always had issues with her toe. Especially her left one. She is on her 5th infection in 2 months. And some of those times she even had shoes on. Someone stepped on her foot, toe infection. hit it on a rock toe infection. Even if she bumps it, she get's a infection.

Ugh.  Poor thing.  Sad  My son only had issues like this before he was diagnosed - when his levels were 'off'.  Ever since we got him diagnosed and started treatment, he's been fine.  Have you asked her doctor about it?
