Hi just wondered how do you test your  kids blood sugars when you're out and about and you cannot wash their hands....I was using baby wipes but have just been told that these could alter  the reading...?.??

Yes, baby wipes can alter the reading, especially if they have had a chance to  dry out a bit.  I bought individually packaged alcohol wipes that are made for giving injections in a clean spot.  I was able to find them with the thanks of a friendly pharmacist

I always have alcohol gel in my purse and my daughter always has gel and alcohol wipes in her purse for her to use to do her testing.
