bed wetting

Hi My dd was diagnosed T1 July aged 4 she turned 5 December. I have a problem with her bed wetting she had an issue before diagnosis but since then its obviously more apparent she uses pullups every night and every morning they are full and some times she leaks through. Her BS can be high and other times they are at a great level, so Is the bed wetting down to T1 or should I be taking her to see the GP???
