For Thanksgiving we alternate between our two families.  It is our turn to spend the holiday with my husband's  family.   We have decided to host Thanksgiving this year and invited everyone to our house. The family members  who are coming bring a dish to contribute so it isn't all up to us to cook.  What do you do for Thanksgiving? How do you  count carbs for your child on Thanksgiving Day?

We are staying home this year, we are lucky that Phoenix loves Turkey, and then really only carrots so pretty low carb for him.  Not a sweets person, so no pie or anything for him.  But for any big meal with Aiden we use the scale and carb factors, Aiden LOVES to eat, and because of the pump we just let him have whatever he wants and treat accordingly.  With other peoples recipes you could ask for them to email or send you it, so you can figure out the carb factor before hand.  Would same some time on your Holiday
