Each child is different and what they like to eat varies just as much.  Any suggestions for the parents of a  child that is a picky eater?   How can we get them to eat a balanced diet if they are so picky?

I think the best thing is to do your best with what your child likes.  My son likes bananas and apples.  That's the extent of his fruit and for vegetables it's corn.  We struggle all the time but we know that eventually he will grow out of it.  We give our son Fruit-to-go's or Funbites which are a healthy alternative to the fruit rollups which contain only garbage ingredients.

You could try dips such as a spinach dip.  Kids love dips and that is a good way to get them to eat their veggies.

I've never heard of these products.  What section of the supermarket are they located in?

Check out this website to read about fruit-to-go and find out where you can purchase.

I couldn't find info on the fun bites.
