A parent from  Hamilton Ontario sent us this question:

Looking for something fun to do with the kids for New Years....in the past we did chocolate fondue . Over the holidays we have dealt with more highs(12 -14mmol) then lows(1 time at 3.2mmol) so we are thinking of skipping the fondue this year but want to do something really fun. My son with autism (13) is having a hard time understanding this . Very stressful time.

Any ideas?

Why not do cheese fondue, or meat? You could do chicken, steak, shrimp, vegetables, ect. Don't change your tradition, just make it healthier for all! Smiley
