Our family recently discovered Greek yogurt. Several companies make it, but Stoneyfield's "Oikos" is the easiest to find.

Greek yogurt is creamier than regular yogurt, thanks to a straining process that removes the whey (liquid) from the yogurt. Straining makes it richer in protein than regular yogurt, and lower in lactose. It's also great for cooking since it is less likely to curdle when heated.

Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt (plain) has 0% fat, twice the protein (15 g) of regular yogurt, and fewer carbohydrates (6 g). It also comes in vanilla, honey and blueberry.

You can get coupons and recipes at www.oikosorganic.com.
